Emergency Responses Concerning Applications and Notifications to be Filed with the FSA in Consideration of the Impact of COVID-19 Infection (repeated information dissemination)
With regard to the emergency response measures that the FSA has been taking based on the notice "Temporary Responses Concerning Applications and Notifications to be Filed with the FSA in Consideration of the Impact of COVID-19 Infection" issued to financial institutions on July 17, 2020, the FSA issued a notice dated June 1, 2021, to announce the termination of the measures in principle upon the commencement of the operation of the FSA Electronic Application and Notification System on June 30, 2021.
As March 31, 2022, the day to terminate transitional measures of the emergency responses to accept applications and notifications by email, is approaching, the FSA issued a notice again to call attention for the termination of the transitional measures and the need to acquire a gBizID for using the New System.
