 When any livestock suspected to be infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza is found, related parties will take disease control measures to prevent the spread of damage but there are fears that poultry farmers and other related individuals and SMEs will seriously be impacted thereby.
 In consideration of such circumstances, depository institutions are expected to make responses appropriately regarding the following in the event that any livestock suspected to be infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza is found as a result of a genetic test.

 

 1. Provide meticulous and empathic business consultation services to farmers and other customers that are subject to the influence of the outbreak of suspected highly pathogenic avian influenza, in collaboration with prefectures and relevant bodies.

 2.  Endeavor to make appropriate responses to requests from customers who are suffering from the impact of the outbreak of suspected highly pathogenic avian influenza seeking new loans necessary for continuing businesses or alteration of conditions of existing loans.

 2. Endeavor to make appropriate responses to requests from customers who are suffering from the impact of the outbreak of CSF / ASF seeking new loans necessary for continuing businesses or alteration of conditions of existing loans.
