The Financial Market Entry Office (FMEO) is a “one-stop” English support center. The staff provide a wide range of services, from pre-application consultation for financial licenses to license registration and post-registration supervision.
FMEO can also arrange advance consultation via online video conference for overseas companies.
On April 1, 2025, local branches of FMEO were set up in City of Sapporo, Hokkaido Pref. and City of Osaka, Osaka Pref. (main operations will tentatively be remote from Tokyo).

About the guidebook
