FSA publishes English translations of Order for Enforcement of the Certified Public Accountants Act, etc.

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) has been engaged in efforts to translate major relevant Acts into English. In this context, FSA today published English translation of Order for Enforcement of the Certified Public Accountants Act, Ordinance for the Enforcement of the Certified Public Accountants Act, Ordinance on the Deposit Money of Limited Liability Audit Corporations and Specified Partner Registration Ordinance.

These are unofficial translations. Only the original Japanese text of laws and regulations has legal effect. The translations are to be used solely as reference material to aid in understanding of Japanese laws and regulations.
