September 9, 2016:

Publication of the finalized amendments to the “Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc.” «Summary» The FSA finalized the amendments to the “Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc.” pertaining to the enforcement of the “Act on Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities.” The guidelines were enforced on September 9, 2016.

September 6, 2016:

Publication of the finalized amendments to the “Order for Enforcement of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cooperatives Act” «Summary» The FSA finalized the amendments to the “Order for Enforcement of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cooperatives Act.” The amendments add the State and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Japan to the list of non-member borrowers that are exempt from the lending limits of the Federation of Cooperatives Accepting Deposits. The Order was enforced on September 9, 2016.

(Kinki Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The Kinki Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against Grand Win Partners Inc., ordering the revocation of the entity’s registration and the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.” This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) as a result of their on-site inspection.

The warnings include the updated list of entities that misrepresent their registration using fictitious or stolen registration numbers.
