The FSA proposed a cabinet office order to amend the “Regulation on Terminology, Forms and Preparation Methods of Consolidated Financial Statements,” following the ASBJ’s publication of Exposure Draft of Proposed Partial Amendments to Accounting Standard for Tax Effect Accounting (Exposure Draft of Statement No. 60). The proposal is to reflect the amendments proposed by the ASBJ.
