June 13, 2014:	Revision of the FSA regulatory notice concerning the designation of related corporations of credit rating agencies (group designation concerning explanatory items of unregistered ratings) «Summary» The FSA updated the list of designated credit rating agencies. These designated credit rating agencies are unregistered agencies belonging to the same group as registered credit rating agencies and fulfill certain requirements. Securities Companies using the credit ratings of agencies on this list are subject to an eased duty of explanation compared to when using those of non-designated unregistered agencies.
June 12, 2014:	Updated list of entities who are operating financial instruments business without proper registration (Tokai Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA (Tokai Local Finance Bureau) issued warnings to entities who are operating financial instruments business without proper registration.

June 13, 2014:	Onsite inspections of special juridical persons overseen by the FSA in FY 2013 «Summary» The FSA published an overview of the onsite inspections of special juridical persons in fiscal 2013.
June 13, 2014:	Publication of “Results of Fiscal 2012 Policy Evaluation” «Summary» The Japanese government requires all Ministries and Agencies to conduct an annual policy review and reflect the results to improve its policy in order to realize an efficient, high-quality, and results-oriented government administration. The FSA published the status of how the results of the Fiscal Year 2012's policy evaluation are reflected to the FSA's administration pursuant to the "Government Policy Evaluations Act."
June 11, 2014:	"The Financial Research Center’s Study Group on Corporate Finance and Governance" to be held on July 9, 2014 «Summary» On July 9, 2014, the FSA (Financial Research Center) will hold a meeting of the study group on corporate finance and governance. The theme will be on "Shareholders' Meeting in FY2014," and experts are invited as speakers to share information and discuss the trends and results of annual general meetings of Japanese companies in FY2014.
