March 12, 2015:	Updated list of authorized organizations supporting business innovation «Summary» On March 12, 2015, the FSA authorized and published a list of organizations that support business innovation pursuant to the "Act for Facilitating New Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

March 13, 2015:

Administrative action against Nihon Sangyo Fukko Kikin K.K. (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» On March 13, 2015, the Kanto Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against Nihon Sangyo Fukko Kikin K.K. (Fund for Reconstruction of Industry of Japan Co., Ltd.) ordering revocation of registration. This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) as a result of its on-site inspection. The SESC found that the company was registered as a Type II Financial Instrument Business Operator by fraudulent means (submitting a false financial statement) and did not have enough human resources to operate Financial Instrument Business appropriately. Therefore, the company falls under Article 52 (1) (v) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

March 10, 2015:

Publication of "Statistics of NISA Accounts (preliminary figures)" «Summary» The FSA published "Statistics of NISA Accounts (preliminary figures)". As of December 31, 2014, there were 8.24 million NISA accounts in total, and over 2.98 trillion yen (approximately USD 24.5 billion) was invested through the NISA accounts.

March 10, 2015:	Publication of the EDINET Taxonomy - 2015 «Summary» The FSA published the amended final version of the EDINET Taxonomy - 2015. The amendments reflect the revision of the "Ordinance on Terminology, Forms and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements."
March 9, 2015:	Warnings about entities that are operating money lending business without proper registration «Summary» The FSA (Local Finance Bureaus) issued warnings about entities that are operating money lending business without proper registration. The warnings include the updated list of entities that lie about their registration with fictitious or stolen registration numbers.
