April 13, 2016:	Publication of the agenda and handouts of the fifth meeting of the Working Group on Corporate Disclosure of the Financial System Council «Summary» The FSA published the agenda and handouts of the fifth meeting of the Working Group on Corporate Disclosure of the Financial System Council, which was held on April 13, 2016. The draft report was proposed in this meeting.

April 15, 2016:	Administrative penalty charge against SHINNIHON CORPORATION for making false statements in securities reports «Summary» On April 14, 2016, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against SHINNIHON CORPORATION for making false statements in its securities reports.
April 12, 2016:	Updated lists of entities that are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA and the Kanto Local Finance Bureau issued warnings to entities that are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration. April 21, 2016:	The seventh meeting of the Council of Experts Concerning the Follow-up of Japan’s Stewardship Code and Japan’s Corporate Governance Code to be held on April 26, 2016 «Summary» On April 26, 2016, the FSA will hold its seventh meeting of the Council of Experts Concerning the Follow-up of Japan’s Stewardship Code and Japan’s Corporate Governance Code.
April 15, 2016:	Financial measures to deal with disasters caused by the earthquake in the Kumamoto region (Kyushu Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The Kyushu Local Finance Bureau and the Bank of Japan’s Kumamoto branch issued a joint statement “Financial Measures to deal with disasters caused by the earthquake in the Kumamoto region” to relevant financial institutions. The statement requests financial institutions in Kumamoto Prefecture to appropriately deal with victims of the disaster considering their circumstances, such as by making flexible repayment of deposits.
April 15, 2016:	Administrative action against HLB Meisei LLC «Summary» The FSA took an administrative action against HLB Meisei LLC, ordering the entity to improve its operations, pursuant to Article 34-21(2) (iii) of the “Certified Public Accountants Act.” This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Certified Public Accountants and Auditing Oversight Board as a result of their on-site inspection.
