Publication of the finalized amendments to the "Points to Note on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc. (Guidelines for Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc.)" (provisional English title) <Summary> The FSA finalized the amendments to the "Points to Note on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc. (Guidelines for Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, etc.)" (provisional English title). In regard to securities registration statements for third-party allotments, the amendments further clarify the criteria for determining priority/focused screening as well as the screening procedures thereof.
