Publication of the draft Guidelines on the Act on the Promotion of Cash Flow-Based Lending for public consultation. The Guidelines compile the details of the deliberations on the enactment of the Act on the Promotion of Cash Flow-Based Lending, which was enacted and promulgated in June 2024, (reports by the Working Group on Systems to Support Cash Flow-Based Lending (provisional English title), and out of Diet deliberations, etc., those on the protection of workers), and organize them as points of attention. Additionally, this publication also aims to seek public comments for adding the matters concerning supervisory viewpoints to the Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc. and the Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Small- and Medium-sized and Regional Financial Institutions.
