The FSA published the draft Order Partially Amending the Order on Authorized Specified Insurers. This is for amending the terms and "Precautions for Making Entries" for Appended Form 1 of the Order on Authorized Specified Insurers, which specifies the forms for business reports. The FSA published information on approval for Special Business Enhancement Plan, etc. The FSA received the submission of the Special Business Enhancement Plan and the Special Business Enhancement Guidance Plan from Iwaki Shinkumi, Ltd. and the Shinkumi Federation Bank based on Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Special Measures for Strengthening Financial Functions. Global Money Week is a global awareness-raising campaign organized by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE) for the purpose of promoting financial education and financial inclusion for children and young people. In Japan, in order to facilitate initiatives with more flexible schedules, Global Money Week 2026 will be held for about four weeks from Sunday, March 1, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
