April 8, 2026	Publication of a draft partial amendment to the Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision for Insurance Companies In recent years, life insurance companies have been increasingly employing reinsurance deals for purposes such as transferring risks and utilizing the operational capability of reinsurance companies. In light of such trends, the FSA amends the Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision for Insurance Companies as required with the aim of encouraging insurance companies to enhance their risk management and clarifying the ideas prescribed in the existing guidelines.
