November 28, 2014:	Results of public comments on revisions to the “Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Insurance Companies” «Summary» The FSA published the results of public comments on revisions to the “Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Insurance Companies.” The revisions deregulate the restrictions on the business scope for subsidiaries of insurance companies regarding cross-border M&A, broaden the range of notification requirements concerning misconduct, and clarify the business scope of subsidiaries.
November 21, 2014:	Results of public comments on the amendments to the Order and Cabinet Office Ordinance for implementing the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act revised in 2014 «Summary» The FSA published the results of public comments on the amendments to the "Order for Enforcement of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act" and the "Cabinet Office Ordinance on Financial Instruments Business, etc." The amendments are pursuant to the revision of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act in 2014 and reexamine the terminology following the revision of the business year regulations.
November21,2014:	Results of public comments on the amendments to the "Order for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act" «Summary» The FSA published the results of public comments on the amendments to the "Order for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act" and the "Ordinance for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act." The amendments diversify the electromagnetic delivery method for investment report, and expand the business scope of insurance companies’ subsidiaries.

Figures regarding suspended repayments following the Great East Japan Earthquake (as of August 31, 2014) «Summary» The FSA published the number of debtors and the amount of debts of which the contractual repayment has been suspended following the Great East Japan Earthquake, based on hearings with financial institutions in the three prefectures most heavily affected by the earthquake (Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima).

November 28, 2014:	Updated statistics of money lending business «Summary» The FSA updated the statistics regarding the money lending business, as of October 31, 2014.
November 28, 2014:	Updated list of issuers of gift certificates in repayment procedures based on the "Payment Services Act" «Summary» The FSA updated the list of issuers who are repaying, have completed repaying or have announced the termination of use of prepaid payment instruments, as defined in the "Payment Services Act" (e.g. gift vouchers, gift certificates, and prepaid cards).
