Updated list of entities who are operating financial instruments business without proper registration (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) issued warnings to entities that are operating financial instruments business without proper registration.

February13, 2014:

Extension of the period of administrative actions on Alpari Japan K.K. «Summary» The Kanto Local Finance Bureau extended the period of administrative actions on Alpari Japan K.K. pertaining to the "Financial Instruments and Exchange Act." Regarding the current situation of Alpari Japan K.K. with its parent company Alpari (UK) K.K., in order to ensure the interests of creditors and investors, it is necessary to extend the period of administrative actions for one month from February 16, 2015.

2014 half business year implementation report regarding the Norinchukin Bank and agricultural and fishery cooperatives' credit businesses strengthening scheme «Summary» The FSA published the implementation report regarding the Norinchukin Bank and specific agricultural and fishery cooperatives' banking services recapitalization scheme in 2014 half business year. The scheme is pursuant to "Act on Enhancement and Restructuring of Credit Business Conducted by The Norinchukin Bank and Specified Agricultural and Fishery Cooperatives."

Publication of the progress report of Business Strengthening Plans (as of September 2014) «Summary» The FSA published the progress report of Business Strengthening Plans (as of September 2014) pursuant to the "Act on Special Measures for Strengthening Financial Functions."

February 9, 2015:	Publication of the agenda and handouts of the tenth meeting of the Study Group on Payments and Transaction Banking of the Financial System Council «Summary» The FSA published the agenda and handouts of the tenth meeting of the Study Group on Payments and Transaction Banking of the Financial System Council, which was held on February 5, 2015.

February 12, 2015:	Publication of the budget for each policy measure «Summary» The FSA published the budget for each policy measure for FY2015.
February 10, 2015:	Results of the focused review on securities filings of the FY2013 «Summary» The FSA published the results of the focused review on securities filings of the FY2013. The review was conducted on 324 companies’ filings selected out of the 4,025 companies on the basis of gathered information and in accordance with the priority issues. Appropriate disclosure was confirmed in most of the reviewed filings, although unclear descriptions regarding business combinations or impairment losses were found in some filings.
February 10, 2015:	Results of securities filings review for FY2014 regarding the compliance with the regulations update «Summary» The FSA published the results of securities filings review for FY2014 regarding the compliance with the revised regulations. The review was conducted on 2,245 companies’ filings, which adopt post-employment benefit plans, out of the 2,782 companies’ securities filings on the fiscal year ended March 31, 2014. This review shows that although deficiencies were noted in some companies’ filings, filings were confirmed in most of the companies.
February 9, 2015:	Warnings of entities that are operating money lending business without proper registration «Summary» The FSA (Local Finance Bureaus) issued warnings of entities that are operating money lending business without proper registration. The warning includes the updated list of entities who introduce themselves with fictitious or stolen registration numbers.
