Publication of a draft regulatory notice designating securities which are excluded from tradable securities defined under Article 67-18 (4) of the "Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA)." «Summary» On March 26, 2015, the FSA proposed a draft regulatory notice designating securities which are excluded from tradable securities defined under Article 67-18 (4) of the "Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA)." These securities were specified by the Commissioner of the FSA pursuant to Article 67-18 (4) of the "Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA)."

March 24, 2015:

Publication of the regulatory notice designating the amount of IBNR loss reserve complying with the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act «Summary» The FSA finalized the regulatory notice designating the amount of IBNR (incurred but not reported) loss reserve complying with the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Insurance Business Act. The notices, reflecting the comments and stipulating the method of IBNR loss reserve calculation for Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Providers regarding all non-life insurances, is enforced from March 31, 2015.

March 27, 2015:	Summary of results of the survey on business sentiment of small and medium-size enterprises «Summary» The FSA published a summary of results of the quarterly survey on business sentiment of small and medium-size enterprises implemented in February 2015. Local Finance Bureaus throughout the nation conducted interviews and collected information from local chambers of commerce.
