Report on the measures for the resolution of failed financial institutions «Summary» On June 10, 2016, the FSA submitted to the National Diet a report on the measures for the resolution of failed financial institutions (the FRC report) pursuant to the “Act on Emergency Measures for the Revitalization of the Financial Functions.” The report covers developments between October 1, 2015, and March 31, 2016.

License granted to Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd., Tokyo Branch to conduct banking business «Summary» The FSA granted a license to Taishin International Bank Co., Ltd., Tokyo Branch to conduct banking business pursuant to the “Banking Act.”

June 10, 2016:	Updated list of qualified institutional investors engaging in specially permitted businesses that provided false information (Tokai Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA (Tokai Local Finance Bureau) issued warnings to qualified institutional investors engaging in specially permitted businesses that provided false information to their customers.
June 10, 2016:	Administrative action against Berte Co., Ltd. (Tokai Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The Tokai Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against Berte Co., Ltd., ordering the revocation of the entity’s registration and the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.” This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) as a result of their on-site inspection.
June 7, 2016:	Administrative action against Dragoon Capital, Inc. (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The Kanto Local Finance Bureau took an administrative action against Dragoon Capital, Inc., ordering the revocation of the entity’s registration and the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.” This administrative action is based on a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) as a result of their on-site inspection.

The warnings include the updated list of entities that misrepresent their registration using fictitious or stolen registration numbers.
