December 18, 2019 | Publication of the finalized amendments to the "Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc." <Summary> The FSA finalized the amendments to the "Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc." The amendments provide updates to the Guidelines in accordance with the "JFSA's supervisory approaches –Replacing checklists with engagement –" and the FSA's organizational reform. The amended Guidelines were enforced on December 18, 2019. |
