Promulgation of the Cabinet Office Order Partially Amending the Cabinet Office Order Specifying Measures Concerning Special Provisions of the Cabinet Office Order on Projects Pertaining to Regulations Prescribed by Cabinet Order, etc. Provided for in Article 26 of the FSA-related Act on National Strategic Special Zones and publication of the results of the public consultation on the relevant Cabinet Office Order, etc. The amendment aims to exempt venture funds targeting professionals (engaging in specially permitted services for qualified institutional investors, etc.) that satisfy a certain requirement from the application of the requirements regarding fund audits prescribed in the Cabinet Office Order on Financial Instruments Business, in a case where an entity specified in a zone plan as the responsible entity for a special fund asset management business in a national strategic special zone (an entity that has its major business office within the national strategic special zone) conducts a relevant project in its business office within the relevant zone.
