The FSA received a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission to take an administrative action against KROSY Inc. as a problem was found as a result of its inspection. June 1, 2026	The FSA published information titled “To People Engaging in the Electronic Payment Instruments/Cryptoassets Service Intermediary Business” on its website. A new system for the electronic payment instruments/cryptoassets service intermediary business was launched on June 1, 2026. Under the new system, when a person solely engages in either of [i] an intermediary service for purchase and sale of electronic payment instruments or for exchange with other electronic payment instruments, or [ii] an intermediary service for purchase and sale of cryptoassets or for exchange with other cryptoassets, on a regular basis on behalf of an electronic payment instruments service provider or a cryptoasset exchange service provider, as entrusted by the relevant service provider, the person is allowed to engage in the relevant intermediary service as its own operations by registering for engaging in the electronic payment instruments/cryptoassets service intermediary business based on the Payment Services Act.
