September 12, 2014: | Publication of revisions to the guidelines regarding regulation for risk retention in securitization transactions![]() «Summary» The FSA proposed revisions to the comprehensive guidelines for supervision of major banks regarding regulation for risk retention in securitization transactions. The revision is based on "Global Developments in Securitization Regulation - Consultation Report" published in November 2012 by the International Organization of Securities Commissions. |

In the hearing, the defendants are prosecuted for committing insider trading by using information received through a contract with Tanaka Chemical Corporation or from an employee of the contractor. |
