March 16, 2016:	Publication of statistics regarding unlawful reimbursement of deposits «Summary» The FSA published statistics on unlawful reimbursement of deposits caused by counterfeit and stolen cash cards, stolen deposit books, and unlawful internet banking activities. The statistics include details of incidents and compensation made by financial institutions based on the reports they submitted.

March 18, 2016:	Administrative penalty charge against an employee of I’rom Holdings Co., Ltd. (now known as I’rom Group Co., Ltd.) for providing information to an individual who used the information and committed insider trading of stocks of the company «Summary» On March 17, 2016, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an employee of I’rom Holdings Co., Ltd. (now known as I’rom Group Co., Ltd.) for providing information to an individual. The employee provided an individual the information learned as an employee of I’rom Holdings Co., Ltd., and the individual committed insider trading of stocks of the company.
March 18, 2016:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading regarding stocks of I’rom Holdings Co., Ltd. (now known as I’rom Group Co., Ltd.) «Summary» On March 17, 2016, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading of stocks of I’rom Holdings Co., Ltd. (now known as I’rom Group Co., Ltd.), by using information received from an employee of the company.
March 18, 2016:	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading regarding stocks of SK-Electronics CO., LTD. «Summary» On March 17, 2016, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for committing insider trading of stocks of SK-Electronics CO., LTD., by using information received from an officer of the company.
March 18, 2016:	Administrative action against Kabushiki Kaisha Global Report (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» On March 18, 2016, the Kanto Local Finance Bureau took administrative action against Kabushiki Kaisha Global Report, ordering the revocation of the company’s registration and the improvement of its business operations pursuant to the “Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).” The entity was found not fulfilling the requirements complying with the FIEA.
March 18, 2016:	Updated lists of entities that are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA and the Kanto Local Finance Bureau issued warnings to entities that are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration. (cf. updated lists of Japan-based entities and qualified institutional investors engaging in a specially permitted business).

March 14, 2016:

Publication of the finalized amendments to the EDINET Taxonomy - 2016 «Summary» The FSA finalized amendments to the EDINET Taxonomy - 2016. The amendments reflect the revision of the “Ordinance on Terminology, Forms and Preparation Methods of Financial Statements” and relevant accounting standards.
