June 12, 2018	Administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding stocks of Hinokiya Holdings Co.,Ltd.*  < Summary> On June 11, 2018, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against an individual for market manipulation regarding stocks of Hinokiya Holdings Co.,Ltd.* * This is the then-corporate-name of Hinokiya Group Co.,Ltd.

June 14, 2018	Outline of the “Report on the Measures for the Resolution of Failed Financial Institutions” delivered by the Minister of State for Financial Services, Taro Aso, in the Committee on Financial Affairs of the House of Councillors  < Summary> The Minister of State for Financial Services, Taro Aso, delivered an outline of the “Reports on the Measures for the Resolution of Failed Financial Institutions” in the Committee on Financial Affairs of the House of Councillors. The report, addressing the period extending from April 1 to September 30, 2016, was submitted to the Diet on December 13, 2016 pursuant to the “Act on Emergency Measures for the Revitalization of the Financial Functions.”
June 13, 2018	Publication of the results of the policy evaluation for FY 2016  < Summary> Pursuant to the “Government Policy Evaluations Act,” all Ministries and Agencies are required to conduct annual policy reviews and reflect the results to improve their policies in order to realize an efficient, high-quality, and results-oriented government administration. The FSA published the results of the policy evaluation for FY 2016.
June 12 & 13, 2018	Publication of the agenda and handouts of the sixth meeting of the “Council of Experts on Managing Settlement Risks of Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions for Over-the-Counter (OTC) FX Brokers” and the report of the meetings of the Council held from February to June 2018 < Summary> The FSA published the agenda and handouts of the sixth meeting of the “Council of Experts on Managing Settlement Risks of Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions for Over-the-Counter (OTC) FX Brokers,” which was held on June 12, 2018. Subsequently, on June 13, 2018, the FSA published the report compiled by the aforementioned Council based on its meetings which were held six times from February to June 2018 to discuss ways of managing settlement risks of OTC FX Brokers.
