September 26, 2025	The "Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Major Banks, etc." and other Guidelines, etc. present the form to be used when making a report to the supervisory authority in the case of recognizing the occurrence of computer system disorders or a cybersecurity case. This time, based on an agreement among relevant ministries and agencies, those Comprehensive Guidelines, etc. were amended for the purpose of making clear that it is possible to use the "Common Form for DDoS Attack Cases" (agreement among relevant ministries and agencies; Attached Form 1) when making a report on a DDoS attack case, and the "Common Form for Ransomware Cases" (agreement among relevant ministries and agencies; Attached Form 2) when making a report on a ransomware case.
