The FSA published information on an administrative action against Sumisho Realty Management Co., Ltd. The FSA received a recommendation from the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission to take an administrative measure against Sumisho Realty Management Co., Ltd. based on the results of the SESC's inspection of the company's legal violation (dated November 11, 2025). Accordingly, the FSA took an administrative action against the company on December 5, 2025, based on the provisions of Article 51 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
