The FSA published information on public consultation on the draft Notice on Designation of Qualified Donation Recipients under Article 23-3, Paragraph (2), Item (i), (d) and (e) of the Cabinet Office Order on Prepaid Payment Instruments. This is for designating persons other than the national government, local governments and authorized corporations that satisfy certain requirements as persons eligible to receive donations by way of prepaid payment instruments (qualified donation recipients) based on the provisions on prepaid payment instruments. The FSA published information on public consultation on the draft of the FSA's Idea Regarding the Use of Prepaid Payment Instruments for the Repayment of Principal and Interest on Loans to Local Governments. The FSA compiled and published the draft of its idea regarding local governments' acceptance of prepaid payment instruments as a means for borrowers' repayment of principal and interest on loans they have provided.
