Promulgation of the Cabinet Office Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Money Lending Business Act and publication of the results of the public consultation on the relevant Cabinet Office Order The Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Family Register Act was enforced on May 26, 2025, and it is newly provided that when a person whose national law is a law of a specific region files a notification, the person is allowed to enter the relevant region in the written notification and their family register. Accordingly, a head of money lending operations who does not have Japanese nationality is to register their nationality, etc. including the relevant region in their register.
