June 26, 2019: | Petition for a court injunction against Kabushiki Kaisha D.U.corporation and its manager. <Summary> Based on an investigation of Kabushiki Kaisha D.U.corporation (hereinafter, “the Company”), the SESC identified that the Company and its officer engaged in intermediation for Discretionary Investment Contract as on a regular basis without statutory registration. The SESC filed a petition with the Nagoya District Court for an injunction to prohibit and suspend them from conducting aforementioned activities. |

July 5, 2019: | Recommendation to impose an administrative penalty order against an offender who committed insider trading related to shares of Sansei Technologies, Inc.![]() <Summary> The SESC recommended that the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the FSA impose an administrative penalty order of 2,570,000 yen against an offender who received insider information from an employee of a contractor of Sansei Technologies, Inc. Based on an inspection, the SESC determined that the offender had committed insider trading by purchasing shares of Sansei Technologies, Inc. using insider information in violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. |

June 25, 2019: | Recommendation to impose an administrative penalty order against an employee of Advanced Media, Inc., and against an offender who committed insider trading related to shares of Advanced Media, Inc., using the information provided from said employee of Advanced Media, Inc.![]() <Summary> The SESC recommended that the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the FSA impose administrative penalty orders of 340,000 yen against an employee of Advanced Media, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “offender (1),” and of 690,000 yen against an offender who received the information from offender (1), hereinafter referred to as “offender (2).” Based on an inspection, the SESC determined that offender (1) had communicated insider information to offender (2), and that offender (2) had committed insider trading by purchasing shares of Advanced Media, Inc., using insider information in violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. |
