July 31, 2015:	Figures regarding suspended repayments following the Great East Japan Earthquake (as of April 30, 2015) «Summary» The FSA published the number of debtors and the amount of debt for which the contractual repayment has been suspended following the Great East Japan Earthquake based on hearings with financial institutions in the three prefectures most heavily affected by the earthquake (Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima).
July 31, 2015:	Publication of revision to FAQs for the "Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners" «Summary» The FSA published revision to FAQs for the “Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners.” The FAQs were revised by the study group on the “Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners.”
July 31, 2015:	Publication of a revised reference casebook on the "Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners" «Summary» The FSA published a revised reference casebook to promote favorable practices by financial institutions in utilizing the "Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners," which was introduced in February 2014.
July 31, 2015:	Publication of a statistical report on financing by financial institutions for enterprises utilizing the "Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners" «Summary» The FSA published a statistical report on financing by financial institutions for enterprises utilizing the “Guidelines for Personal Guarantee Provided by Business Owners,” based on the data collected until the end of March 2015 since the introduction of the guidelines in February 2014. The report was published to further promote the utilization of the guidelines.

July 31, 2015:	Administrative penalty charge against AGORA Hospitality Group Co., Ltd., for making false statements in securities reports «Summary» On July 30, 2015, the FSA issued an order to impose an administrative penalty charge against AGORA Hospitality Group Co., Ltd., for making false statements in its securities reports.
July 31, 2015:	Updated list of entities that are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) «Summary» The FSA (Kanto Local Finance Bureau) issued warnings to DELWIN TRADING LLC and MAX GAIN LTD., who are operating financial instruments businesses without proper registration.

Activities of the FSA's Counseling Office for Financial Services Users in 2015-1Q «Summary» The FSA’s Counseling Office for Financial Services Users offers a counseling service in response to inquiries and comments from financial services users. In the second quarter of 2015 (between April 1 and June 30, 2015), the counseling office received 9,201 inquiries and comments, a slight decrease from 9,606 cases in the previous quarter (between January 1 and March 31, 2015). Among them, 370 cases were received through the ex-ante consulting services.
