As the location of the registered business office of Select Asset Management Limited, which is a financial instruments business operator (investment advisory and agency business), cannot be confirmed, the Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau rescinded the registration today based on the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (4) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
