April 30, 2025	Publication of the draft Order for Enforcement of the Act on the Promotion of Cash Flow-Based Lending and the draft Cabinet Office Order on Enterprise Value Charge-Related Trust Business (provisional translation): The FSA aims to develop the relevant Cabinet Orders, Cabinet Office Orders, etc. in relation to the Act on the Promotion of Cash Flow-Based Lending, which was enacted on June 7, 2024.
